She is responsible for scientific research, technology development and R&D.

Recognized scientist, head of the Department of Environmental Technology and the Photocatalysis Team at the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk, Director of the Association of Universities in Gdańsk named after Daniel Fahrenheit. She has been conducting research in the field of heterogeneous photocatalysis for over 20 years, leading teams, first at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Gdańsk University of Technology and since 2012 at the University of Gdańsk.

Co-author of a book on heterogeneous photocatalysis (Metal Oxide-Based Photocatalysis: Fundamentals and Prospects for Application, 2018, Elsevier). Author of over 130 original and review scientific papers published in journals from the so-called Philadelphia list, 16 book chapters, 12 patents, 14 patent applications and over 290 papers presented at national and international conferences.

She completed internships abroad at leading research units, including: California Institute of Technology (USA), University of California at Berkeley (USA), Stanford University (USA), Hokkaido University (Japan), Weizmann Institute (Israel). Awarded with Rector of GUT and UG awards (13 in total) for scientific and didactic achievements. 3rd place winner in the prestigious ranking of the Brief.pl magazine "50 most creative in business" (2022).

Co-creator of prototypes for photocatalytic air purification. Awarded with gold medals at international invention fairs (Paris, Brussels, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur). She managed research and development projects financed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (5), the National Science Center (4), the National Center for Research and Development (3), the Norwegian Funds (1) and the WFOŚ (2).

Mazierski

He is responsible for the layer production technology and the functioning of the laboratory.

Outstanding technologist, for over ten years conducting research in the field of nanotechnology and renewable energy. He is the author of 2 chapters in books published by recognized publishers (Springer, Elsevier), 4 patent applications (including one PCL) and over 30 scientific papers in journals from the Philadelphia list.

He completed internships abroad at leading research units: Paris-Sud University (France), Catalysis Institute of Hokkaido University (Japan), Catalysis Institute (LIKAT, Germany) and Weizmann Institute (Israel). He was awarded the Rector's award, the scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education and the START scholarship of the Foundation for Polish Science for scientific achievements. Co-creator of prototypes for photocatalytic air purification devices, awarded with gold medals at international invention fairs. Since 2014, he has been cooperating with the industrial environment in the field of implementing photocatalytic processes on the market.

Main contractor in two implementation projects. Specialist in the field of computer-aided design, technical drawing, chemical equipment, design and construction of photorectors and research installations.

Independent programmer and constructor. For several years, he has been associated with the Norwegian company from the IoT sector - Future Home where he works as CTO and the main creator of the patent used by the Linkk solution. He has worked on projects with Philips, Osram, PGE, Tauron and Orange. A graduate of Computer Science and Computer Networks at the Opole University of Technology.

Co-creator of the success of S-Labs (slabs.pl, appartme.pl) as Chief Product Officer, CEO of Linkk (linkk.com.pl) and co-creator of the patent used by the Linkk solution. In his career, working for SMEs, he had the opportunity to cooperate with Jaguar Land Rover, PGE, Tauron, Orange and many others.

He graduated from the Faculty of Microsystems Electronics and Photonics at the Wrocław University of Technology and MBA-Atlanta at the Poznań University of Economics and Business.

In 2002-2018, he managed the promotion of the Czech Hip Hop Kemp festival, making it the most popular foreign music event in Poland. As a productivity consultant, he conducted training for companies such as 3M, HP or Shell.

Co-founder and President of the Management Board of the startup Optimatik, under which he coordinated the company's operational activities, including supervision of financial, marketing, administrative and formal activities and was responsible for attracting investors. Optimatik helps managers of large factories and warehouses to optimise the use of a fleet of forklifts (intralogistic processes) and reduce its maintenance costs.

Winner of the "30 Creative of Wrocław"; award (2021) in the "Business" category, awarded by the Mayor of Wrocław. Education: Warsaw School of Economics (MA studies, 2008), post-graduate Executive Leadership studies at the WSB University in Wrocław (2012).
