zadania Your tasks will include:

  • Plus icon Conducting research for the implementation of the Pathfinder Challenge project, including: (i) development of research procedures required to achieve project goal; (ii) manufacturing of materials like metal oxide-based semiconductors and composites materials (possessing photocatalytic and photoelectrocatalytic activity); and (iii) characterization of all obtained materials (including surface properties and photoelectrochemical properties);
  • Plus icon Preparation of scientific papers and research reports;

We will gladly invite you
to join our team if:

  • Plus icon Doctoral degree (in chemistry);
  • Plus icon Proven experience in conducting research in the field of photocatalysis/ photoelectrocatalysis
  • Plus icon Proven experience in conducting research in nanomaterial synthesis, including solvothermal and wet-chemical methods, use of a Schlenk line system, and comprehensive material characterization;
  • Plus icon Experience in scaling up laboratory processes;
  • Plus icon Experience in nanomaterial immobilization methods – coating on ceramic and other substrates;
  • Plus icon Very good command of English (spoken and written);
  • Plus icon Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail;
  • Plus icon Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;
  • Plus icon Strong communication skills and ability to work under time pressure.
  • Plus icon Research experience within a European project will be considered an additional asset.
