Your tasks will include:

Conducting research for the implementation of the Pathfinder Challenge project, including: (i) development of research procedures required to achieve project goal; (ii) manufacturing of materials like metal oxide-based semiconductors and composites materials (possessing photocatalytic and photoelectrocatalytic activity); and (iii) characterization of all obtained materials (including surface properties and photoelectrochemical properties);
Preparation of scientific papers and research reports;

Masters degree (in chemistry);
Proven experience in conducting research in the field of photocatalysis/ photoelectrocatalysis
Proven experience in conducting research in the field of nanomaterials synthesis and characterization
Proven experience in electrochemical synthesis (eg. nanotubes)
Proven experience in converting CO2 into useful compounds
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication skills and ability to work under time pressure
